"Give or receive feedback for any person attending a Schaeffler Group event such as a conference, presentation, course or work meeting.

Users will use their personal device to provide constructive feedback to event participants, answering two basic questions:

- What the person did well?
- Where the person can improve?

Event participants will receive this feedback privately (one-to-one) with the purpose of enhancing their skills."
